The VIPs are moving!
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are having to relocate, Norton Village Hall is having a 36 week refit, and during that time it will not be open.
So what does that mean for us?
We are now looking for suitable locations in the Ipswich area for a new permanent rehearsal venue. We have been talking about moving into Ipswich for a few months, and the refit has forced our hand.
We will be trying out various venues for the next few months, and hopefully we will find a venue that suits all our needs, which we can then make our permanent rehearsal venue.
We are looking forward to the next step in the evolution of the chorus, we are hoping that being in Ipswich itself will help attract new members.
Norton village hall has been a good venue, but it is out of the way.
Being in Ipswich should open the doors for the possibility of attracting more new members that may otherwise be put off due to distance.
